由于我司目前在欧盟有商标纠纷,请暂时不要在欧盟地区内出售以下“CAMEL”品牌产品， 品牌包括“CAMEL”(无论是文字，还是骆驼图像形式），以及由骆驼图像组成的图形元素、文字图形两者组合或与其他文字元素的组合。此外，请采取一切可能的措施通知您的客户，例如在所有电商平台店铺主页上发表声明。若因贵单位收到此通知后未及时进行有关品牌产品的下架处理而被他人起诉侵权，对此，我司不承担贵单位因违反本声明而被他人起诉造成的任何直接或间接损失。若因为贵单位收到此通知后未及时进行有关品牌产品的下架处理而导致我司被他人起诉侵权，对此造成的损失，我司将保留对贵单位追究法律责任的权利，请知悉。
As there is a trademark dispute in European Union currently, we hereby ask you not to sell below goods branded “CAMEL” (both in its word form and its graphic form), and of the figurative element consisting of the image of a camel and of the combination of both or with other word elements in the entire European Union territory temporarily. Furthermore, please take all possible measures to inform your clients of this matter, such as making a statement on the home pages of your stores on all e-commerce platforms. If you are sued due to your failure to timely remove the products after receiving this statement, we will not bear any direct or indirect loss caused by your company being sued for violation of this statement. Please note that if we are sued due to your failure to timely remove the products from after receiving this statement, we will reserve the right to pursue legal responsibility to claim loss.

暂时禁止在欧盟出售的上述商标产品包括鞋子、服装、背包、徒步旅行装备、帽子、露营设备、瑜伽服装和设备及含有上述商标的其他产品。 Goods branded the above mentioned trademarks which should not be temporarily sold in European Union include footwear, clothing, backpacks, hiking accessories, hats, camping material, clothing and accessories for practising yoga, and other goods bearing the above mentioned trademarks.

至于何时可以恢复销售，我们会另行通知。
We will let you know when you may resume sales in European Union.
